Yeah.. but then again it don't always go that way. I tried it with QCOM OCT45 in the last hour of trading figuring they would take it to near 50. I think they even tried, but there just weren't enough interested buyers. I was very lucky to get out flat before it faded into the close.

I've tried a fair amount of intraday options trading, and rarely has it made good returns. The only way it works is on very liquid options with small spreads, and preferable somewhat ITM so the delta is high. The QQQ is a decent candidate, but not many stocks are suitable for this activity.
