If you have a better proposal, let's hear it.

Well, other than offering to transport both sides to different parts of Antarctica, there is no solution until they decide that:

1)It's time to settle.

2) They agree on the terms.

Then, and only then, could there a use for peace keepers but really, if they agree on the terms, there won't be a need to peace keepers.
