Just heard on the Business Channel's 11AM update: Bear Stearns upgraded BEL and NYN from neutral to BUY and a couple of other Bells and GTE to ATTRACTIVE from neutral. No mention of T or ATI but they appear to be making a nice little rally; positive mentions in Barron's usually have that effect and keep in mind that a lot of investors don't read Barron's until after the weekend. It arrives by mail on Saturday but lots of people buy it the following Monday or later.
