Look, there are NO compnaies which make WCDMA chipsets, so until there are and something is annouced, it will still be like a year after that for any kind of handset.

I say let the WCDMA guys stand up and support the FUD by listing or showing SOMEONE who has a WCDMA chip in progress or even close. If NTT is going around blowing smoke about their WCDMA, then where is the chipset? Who fabs it? Not one report of a WCDMA chip anywhere. Why not? Wouldn't the companies who make them be blowing their horn now with major PR to show that they are "FIRST"?

It just does not hold water any more.
