Lee, Thats one of the funniest things i've read in a long time. Are they admitting that they are so stupid that they didn't realize what a floorless convertible would do to thier stock? Top management of a public company not sophisticated enough to understand the ramifications of those debentures (its not free money)? That company shouldn't go after the shorters. The investors should go after the managment and hold them liable for being such morons. Only in America, Rob
