Extortion includes physical threats, in some circumstances, but it also includes threats of complaints to authorities. I haven't forgotten the threats, at all.

It's true, though, I was thinking more about the emails/private messages I received, rather than the posts you've read. A threat of filing a complaint to regulators/authorities is a crime, in its own right. It doesn't even matter if the complaint is justified! The threat itself is a crime.

Having physical copies of the emails/messages is strong evidence. They don't even have to be signed.

JS, ML, FD. Think Horsemen.

P.S. There's a strong public backlash against RHP's getting trivial consequences for significant violations of the regulations. We'll see how that goes, too.
