You're right and this is key and I would love to believe it. But you see....here is my problem (and I suspect other's), I have a hard time accepting management's characterizations of things. Their track record has not afforded them a lot of credibility. I think the merger was a good move. I will believe it "is going very well" when I see some concrete results.
