i think every state, and especially Nevada, should have this law..

On April 10 the Missouri House passed legislation expanding that state's "castle doctrine" law.Originally passed in 2007, the law recognizes Missourians rights to defend their lives and property with deadly force and with "no duty to retreat" when at home or in their vehicle.

According to St. Louis' KMOV.com, the legislation expanding this law extends recognition of "castle doctrine" rights to "people on the property with the owner's consent."

They House bill says they too have the right to defend their lives and property without a duty to retreat.

The measure passed by a vote of 110-36.

On April 3, Breitbart News reported the Missouri House passed an emergency bill nullifying federal gun laws by the same vote--110-36.
