Trump Pledges to Bring Back Waterboarding Donald Trump “says if he’s elected president, he’ll bring back enhanced interrogation techniques like waterboarding for enemy combatants,” The Hill reports. Said Trump: “I think waterboarding is peanuts compared to what they’d do to us, what they’re doing to us, what they did to James Foley when they chopped off his head.” He said he would “absolutely bring back interrogation and strong interrogation.”
