Commander, Unfortunately, the whole sector is now, on the dailies, pointed down. It will take more than a rebound to change the current short term trend, it will take higher prices in the stocks, and it will be a battle to get them to take out their recent highs and continue on an upward trend. Any buying long before then is based on speculation rather than direction, or put another way: buying a bounce. ATW is a good example of the downtrend, RIG is holding up so far. OII is a an excellent example of a downward trend in this sector. Kb
