Drilling at FALC.

Michael:

I talked to Kenneth E. MacNeill this afternoon. Shore Gold will start drilling at the end of July.

The drill cores size will be larger (4" to 5") than the 2" cores drilled last year . The new holes will help to better define the superficies of the kimberlites (~ 1X2 km).

The drill cores will be analyzed at the Saskatoon Research Council. SGF expects that results to come back much faster this year.

They have found last year results very encouraging. If this year results continue to warrant it, they are planning to drill deeper underground next year to determine the decline line of the kimberlites.
