SB, Education has taken a nosedive ever since Ronnie Babe Reagan killed off the quality of California colleges. He didn't learn anything in school, so he figured nobody else should, either. <G> I believe in gambling, though I believe that some of the funds from gambling should be earmarked to help the true addicts. But all of the pious excuses for cranking up money to steal leaves me kind of queasy. MB
