What do you know about the system other than it doesn't give you the results you want? What you have posted shows no awareness of how the system operates, what checks and safeguards are in place and what you do post that is checkable shows you know little, if anything about it, with the possible exception of being an end user.
I think it is pretty clear I have a better handle on it than you do. Again, not trying to put you down. But it is clear you know nothing about this. Particularly, the security angle.
