RTI is not converting... These Canadian Crooks are short about 1.5-2 Million shares...(the debenture was for about 1/4th of that).....and are about to get their butts handed to them in a squeeze.... It is illegal for these companies to naked short a stock and then try to use restricted debenture shares for the cover. In the next few days, maybe we will see who the morons are... Time will tell Lee
