<<OK so what is Bernie's view on the shooting today ?>. Bernie has to be pragmatic, he lives in a bit of a redneck/gun nut, state. I am glad he is being pragmatic. I don't want him giving those who would use anything to defeat him ammunition (pun intended). It isn't like the gun nuts and NRA are even a little rational. Science knows that countries that have gun control have much less murders. The right wing in all their ignorance blame it on mental illness. Well of course it is, but there is no way to tell. The US has the highest murder rate of all western democracies and no more mentally ill than anyone else. But that concept is light years ahead of anything a NRA supporter could understand. Bernie is exactly what we need to take on the plutocrats and crazy right wing; and quietly get gun control.
