Right, why would they replace a guy for a JV? That, to me, just doesn't seem like something that's kosher. You know, the suits talking, "Well, we'll split the production costs but you gotta get rid of Fisher." LOL. Plus, the deal with reducing the float. Rings to me, of keeping the buyout costs to a minimum. Why give someone... what... 14 million * 20 bucks a share to disappear/run a subsidiary. More speculation, but the pieces to me, are kind of coming together in a very unbelievably wonderful way. JH
