wmf,....what seems to be the problem with LRCX, is it support, technology, etc. Being in the industry....have you had a chance to evaluate any TRKN etchers, or have you heard of any results from others that have used them? What's the story with Oxide etch....I hear that AMAT and LRCX are having alot of diffculty with .25u and even at .3u the yeilds are not that great. Any info that you can share will be greatly appreciated. dave
