when you upload your finished chart, and the pop up comes up with two choices, save the chart as a static image. It won't update, but it's great to go back and refer to those static images as a "space" in time. It will be stored in a separate file you can reference under the Members tab

Also, you can add comments in the future simply by clicking on the "edit annotations" feature in your static snapshot list. I like to view my stuff using the chartbook format, it's easy to scroll through to get message board links etc...
