Such information is provided in an outline format in this release, to be followed by detailed individual releases in the immediate future.

"Our silence during the last few months has not quite represented our accomplishments during this period," comments Mr. Andrew Kandalepas, CEO & Chairman of Dauphin. "We have been positioning our products and relationships in tandem for superior market penetration as soon as production units of our two advanced products are ready to market in the very near future," Mr. Kandalepas added.

- Dauphin's smart Set-Top Box, the OraLynx(TM) is progressing on

schedule and close to the start of production. Pre-production

units have been delivered to Estel Telecommunications, S.A. in

Thessaloniki, Greece during the week of January 22, 2001.

Deliveries of the units are in accordance with the

requirements specified within the contract between Dauphin and

Estel signed on August 31, 2000.

- Two sales and distribution agreements have been signed with

BEST Communications, S.A., located in Greece, whereby BEST

- A joint development and sales agreement has been signed with

have been jointly developing a wireless Orasis Tablet PC

Solution to be used by Danaos' customers on vessels worldwide.

opening of a sales, marketing and customer service/support

center in Piraeus, Greece. Location and executive management

selections have been decided.

- Dauphin has entered into a technology partnership with Virata

Corporation to incorporate Virata's newest voice over internet

protocol (VoIP) technology into Dauphin's smart Set-Top Box,

thus making OraLynx (TM) the first STB to include the most

sophisticated technology for Voice over the Internet.

- The company has identified and is currently involved in

serious negotiations with several US companies for potential

merger(s)/acquisition(s) and strategic partnership(s).

Management's intentions are to align the Company with

complementary performing US Companies in efforts to maximize
