Hi Dan,

Dan I think that we can consider the monies that we get from Quest a
wash. You have to remember that we have to make substancial payment on
the properties in Indo.. Those payments will probably eat up most of the
money that we would get out of the payments made by Quest. What it basically
amounts to is that we will get the Indo properties for free, in so many
words.
