David I agree! There are many reason's ULBI is so secretive! Comdex would be a great venue for announcement's, however I believe it will come from the OEM's desire to announce Li Poly in their product, ULBI would probably choose to remain silent until revenue's and profit's are reflected in the quarterly report. Webpilot's thought's of a Rayovac takeover are not that far out! ULBI will want to remain totally confidential to reduce the risk of his scenario. Just speculation however! Just a thought about VLNC. I believe the recent run-up is manipulation prior to the upcoming dilution to ease pressure! Hope I'm wrong! Rob
