Perhaps. That is why I asked specifically what he should be charged with. The dems keep saying he should be charged and locked up. Give me some specifics and I may agree.

I do not agree however that he should be locked up just because he knows George. If you cannot answer this it would seem hypocritical to say put him in jail. We have to have reasons other than dislike in America.
