Mark, I seldom post here but I am in full agreement with what your sentiments were (are.) It would defy logic for Compaq to remain so low for so long. It reminds me a LOT of where Sprint sat for what seemed like an eternity (around $19/share,) meanwhile MCI was in the upper twenties and AT&T was close to $40. I got out of Sprint in the $40 neighborhood and only recently noticed it was in the 70's. I REALLY believe Compaq will perform in a similar fashion...but I think it will be at an accelerated pace. I STILL have trouble digesting Gateway stock to be at twice that of Compaq. Very happy to be in Compaq and Dell... ...long in both! T.R.
