Jim Roof & dppl VIAS has started to break down again closing at it's low for the day at 40 and 1/4 (-2 1/4)), high was 44 and 1/2. Just as background; I first read about this stock in Businesss Week about eight weeks ago, and it had gone from 16 to 69 in 3 months when a new CEO had taken over and invoked a new accounting system, while the old CEO was alleging that this was against SEC regulations. I decided then that I was going to watch VIAS for an opportunity to short. That oppurtunity came at 54, covering at 37. I figured on a rebound (I did a long and then a short on Tuesday) and I planned on shorting again at 43. Impatience got the best of me and I shorted at 41. I'm seeing this stock in the low 20's.
