Tony L Here are the initial listing requirements for the NASDAQ National Market (NM) - and they meet them all: nasdaq.com A. A market cap of $75M B. A Public Float of 1.1M shares C. A market value of the public float of $20M D. A minimum bid price of $5.00 E. 400 shareholders - a shareholder is defined as anyone holding at least 100 shares. F. At least 4 Market Makers G. Corporate Governance, i.e they must be fully reporting
