I can understand your frustration over this situation, but the people that enabled the company to continue over the last year were the convertible note-holders. Since the company's assets are pledged as collateral and are subject to liquidation, this group should receive priority, I think. I plan to call Mr. Dodge next week, so if anyone has a question they would like answered I will try to include it in my list.
