Of course Bushies manipulated the elections in Iraq. And in the USA. Manipulating elections was a hallmark of the Nixon-Agnew regime and is rearing its ugly head against in much more criminal ways with Bush-Cheney. In fact, they never should have gotten into power in the first place. They have not won a single election fairly.
