yes, they are the ones that should be deleted.

if under temporary internet files, you clicked settings, empty folder, yes, OK, OK... i'm sure the files will be gone.

maybe you needed to click OK to close the page, instead of cancel.

or, with the files still showing when you click on the 'view files' button, you can click edit, select all, file, delete, then close and OK.

keep im mind that these files build up super quickly. sometimes just one or two website visits may generate a dozen temp files.
