I have owned PRPX as of early May.

Know question in my mind the stock isn't a value, but IMO PRPX hasn't been through its growth phase yet. It would be a nice morsel for Amstead,Greenbrier,FreightCar, or Trinity to go along with their traditional rail business. It should also be a boon to a rail car builder to offer rail services such as Portec's. PRPX sales growth would be much faster with a bigger parent. IMO insiders would be willing sellers. Nothing, but just speculation on my part. However the rail conditions of today and the increasing rail business has made a reality more plausible. Since rail car builders have already been selling at a premium PE. It hypothetically would be a stock deal IMO.
