Do you think Aware is running an end-around move on Amati on the patent issue? They (AWRE) could settle out of court at a later date before products start rolling out. Maybe Amati is keeping silent about patent infringements because of CAP. Having another ADSL/DMT company out now can only help the DMT camp. With CAP deployment soon and DMT maybe 1Q of 1997, Aware coming out now is a breath of fresh air for DMT's race with CAP. Any comments welcomed. MHO Franco
