pete,

IMMUNE NETWORK RESEARCH - IMM.V, $0.16 HALTED Feb. 11 TO SEEK SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL ON TRANSACTION AT MAY 22 AGM

IMM announced it will seek shareholder approval for Bio-Fluorescent Technologies' acquisition of IMM's assets for 9 Million shares of BFTK at the May 22 AGM. The deal looks good for shareholders, and should be approved. As to when IMM shares will trade again is anyone's guess. But if they did now they'd be worth significantly more than where they closed on Feb. 11. BFTK trades at around US$0.45, times 25% for currency = US$0.56 divided by 2 gives you more like C$0.28, double where it last traded. And with the much larger US exposure through its NASDAQ listing, I believe BFTK has good potential to trade higher once the deal gets done, so it may may even pay to hold the shares longer.
