I believe it may be a problem with browser cookies. This can happen if you use SI from several computers and logout of one of them. I assume you have tried hitting the "sign out" link and logging back in? Please write to me privately and I'll see if we can track down the issue. If anyone else has this happening please send me a PM as well.
