Mike, I agree that running a business is difficult, and that it is easy to criticise the man in the arena.

However I used to use AOL over a year ago, and was not pleased at my $30/month bills and sloowww access. When I switched to an ISP it was like a revelation with the speed increase. I know that AOL has improved some of it's features since then-except for access, but I feel no need to switch.

Alot of other companies work hard day by day to serve their customer-and make a profit to boot!
