Wizard, I am long just until I can break even and that looks to be a far distance away. I say anyone in contact with the company they should really grill them about their sec filing. Go in person if anyone is close enough to do so. Don't take anyone's word go and see for yourself. That last press release indicates a possibility that a filing is no where near the actual stage of filing with the SEC. If indeed they are working towards filing they <may> not be too far along in the process; with this in mind, the last press release may not have been a wise move on the part of the company; it will only set them back and cost more money as they will have to start from square one again after each news release. It is my understanding that a company has to verify each and every news release and prove the validity of it. That is the reason releasing news after a company begins the process of filing with the SEC is not a prudent move. Dusty
