Ordered a unlocked(T-Mobile) Lumia 925 for $199. Are you sure it's unlocked? The 3 Lumia 521s I bought from HSN were contract free, but definitely SIM locked to TMobile at first. TMobile's policy is that they will unlock phones once they are paid off and active on an account for 40 days.
