Hi Jon, Although there is some truth to what you say about every issue turning into a "sky is falling" scenario the other side of the coin is this is a BB stock without independent verification of company information...therefore a higher level of scrutiny is sometimes called for...you know if you invest in a stock listed on the NYSE or NASDAQ National that a company has been poured over with independant auditors and there is less likelyhood that anything is a little haywire, although games are played with NYSE listed companies also...but for me when I invest in a BB vs a listed company I give them different levels of scrutiny just for that reason...for instance I know a listed company can play with the books, it's just BB's tend to be more prone to do so...but that's why this stock is selling for a buck fifty instead of 5...if this were a listed stock and all company information had been verified by independent auditors I suspect MRPS would be selling more like in the 3 to 5 dollar range today...
