Bob, One could calculate the volumetric CCI as follows: (I think) 1. compute a moving average of volume 2. compute the sum of the absolute value (volume - average volume) 3. multiply by 0.15 to scale into a range +-100. cci of the price is suppose to be a trend following system. so would volumetric cci tend to follow volume??? wart I might try this volumetric cci this weekend if I get a chance, but go for it.
