Clinton sticking to statement
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WASHINGTON, Aug. 3 (UPI S) _ A spokesman says (Monday) President Clinton told the truth when he said he had not had sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky and that he ''will continue to do so.'' Deputy press secretary Barry Toiv made the statement when asked whether the president planned any change in his testimony when he is interrogated on videotape by special prosecutor Kenneth Starr at the White House Aug. 17. Meanwhile, the FBI is DNA testing a reported stain on a dress Lewinsky turned over to Starr as evidence of an encounter with Clinton.
