1916 All acts of war should be put to a national vote. Anyone voting yes had to register as a volunteer for service in the US Army.

Change Army to Armed Services and I'd vote yes on this one. I might be too old for the trenches but it seems reasonable to serve your country in some way if you recommend placing other in harms way. It is important enough to place yourself at risk for the greater good of the country or it isn't.

1938 The forbidding of drunkenness in the US and all territories.

Combine this with the "3-strikes and you're out" laws and I'd be in some serious trouble except I haven't been drunk in ALL the territories. Thank god for loopholes.
