Here's a post I put on the SMSC Yahoo board. Probably explains the volume in April and the earlier spike to $18. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Institutions Just looked at some SMSC SEC filings. In May Mutual Management, a MF holding company filed that they had raised their holdings in SMSC from about 1million to 1.7 million shares. Over 10%.
