Jay,...I think that Bloomberg only updates the Softbank quote once a day around three or four hours after the US Market closes. I assume that their quote is the closing trade executed in the over the counter market after spending the day dealing with the $20 spread between the bid and asked prices. During the day you can call the Schwab Global Trading desk (1-800-992-4685) and they can call a market maker and get a current "indication" of bid and asked. The 20 minute delay is for NYSE quotes with NASDAQ quotes being delayed 15 minutes. Schwab seems to update the Softbank quote shown in my account once a day around the same time as Bloomberg. I have never noticed a two or more day delay in updating Softbank quotes in my experience (but I don't look every day).
