Steve: There is only one person to blame for this fiaso that 3com finds itself...benahamou....benahamou....benahamou! As I have stated earlier...only positive development to come out of 3com is the replacement of benahamou, immediate removal from the board, as well as "Casey C...'rat' No.1"! CFO should resign with benahamou! Claflin can find the "talent" to lead this organization forward! No doubt in my mind. As far as I am concerned the SEC should begin an investigation concentrating on the Board and benahamou! Fund Managers have absolutely no confidence in benahamou and CFO ! Money talks...BS walks...money will continue to stay away from 3com until the greatest BS artist(benahamou) leaves! I foresee lawsuits against benahamou and quite possible against the board of directors. mr. benahamou...if you are reading SI....kindly remove yourself...buy yourself a gas station...that is about all you are capable of managing! HK
