Andre: Thanks for your views....although what you consider is "ranting and raving" is not so! Yes...I am long on coms and am still accumulating... as many others. The point is this....management can make or break you ! If enough shareholders would express their dissatisfaction with benahamou to the board...then and only then will the shareholder be recognized or "listened" to by the management! It is all about "Performance"...if it isn't there...then shareholders must use their "power" to insist that measures be taken to hold the mmgt responsible. Yes...I continue to believe in 3com...not benahamou and those responsible for the "poorest" performance amongst their sector! In reference to the acrimony between Mr.Cohen and I that you desire to substantiate your claims...is another issue and has nothing to do with the issue of "performance"! Neither does the quote..."Anger is..."! Neither am I frustrated ! Maybe if you would involve yourself by sending your concern(s) to the board...we would see some "positive" action out of HQS ! If you desire to give benahamou and others a "blank check" then...that is your right...and I will respect it! It does not mean that I or others have to follow your viewpoint(s)! I've been with 3com much longer than you and others and most likely have much more of an "investment" in the organization than you ...I do not intend to give mr. benahamou and others..."the benefit of the doubt"..this is about $$$...not humility! When mr. benahamou and others "perform"...then I will be the "First One" to compliment them on their "outstanding performance"! I can assure you and others that there has been a considerable amount of dissatisfaction expressed to the Board not only from me...but from Fund Managers concerning mr. benahamou's strategy and long term objectives of this organization. If you want to "tune out"...that is your right but I intend to stay "tuned in" to the operations of this investment! Your strategy and mine obviously differ when it comes to making $$$$. It is consistency that counts on WS...not poor performance. I am sure that if you are in a position of authority within an organization and one of your managers made a mistake similiar to benahamou's...they would have been "replaced" effective "immediately"! This decision would not be made out of "Anger" but out of sound business practice(s)! This is all that I have been expressing !
