incredible activity on the indexes P/C R,

I have 10 DMA and 20 DMA ramping up since early Aug.
Daily value is close to 2. Two more puts bot than calls.

And, theorically, the index P/C R is not a contrary indicator as it is assumed that index options are traded by smart money.

Next surprise could be that retail investors are doing the right thing and that smart money is getting less smarter.

"distribution phase", this time, it could be the fund managers bidding this market up and retail slowly unloading in the rally. ROFL.
