Cowen's "strong buy" ahead of Monday's earnings seems rather irresponsible to me. While AOL may report break-even numbers, and the stock may indeed advance some more, the risk of total carnage is real. A responsible analyst should tell you not to trade ahead of significant reports, unless you're speculating. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with speculation, but is this recommendation really responsible investment advice? Phil
