Todd, do a "tracert" command from the MS-DOS prompt. While still online, go to your start button - programs - MS-DOS Prompt. When the window pops up, you should be in the Windows Directory. Type in Tracert pronetlink.com A trace will go through each server from your computer to Pronetlink's. If it hangs too long along the way, then the problem is in the connection somewhere in the internet. There should be about 12-14 hops from you to Pronetlink. Hope this helps.
