A reverse split is almost always bad news to the market. It tells the market that there is no other way that the company could increase the stock price otherwise. It reflects down momentum in the same way as a split reflects upward momentum. I learned long ago to get out quick when I see a reverse split. I seriously doubt that it would even be considered by this company. The future looks good for CCUR. Richard
