Hey I'm all for #1. I know most want GE to just pop over night to a hundred bucks or so, but I've always been relatively conservative in business...sure, borrowed when I had to, but as soon as was able, went debt free, and expanded as I could afford it. It's a much slower process, but it's also safe.
