Doesn't have anything to do with courage Kenneth, and if you were informed you would realize that Republican lawmakers are divided on this issue. Republican representatives of rural citizens have been told that it would be a hardship for their constituents because of the further distances they must drive to get to jobs, schools, shopping ect. Where it is fact that more urban Republicans representatives support Referendum 51. Thus they have wisely chosen to remain neutral on the issue. Your precious Seattle Times and Post Intelligencer are so good at leaving out the important parts. Your post is at best naive, but in reality was purely meant to disparage republicans in general. You, and they, make lousy spinmeisters. M
