I have placed limit orders for 500 shares (at the bid) and watched the bid size immediately increase by 5 (500 shares). That would not necessarily happen, but if the were operating in the mode of containing the price, it most likely would. By the way, the current bid x ask is 1 9/16 x 1 5/8 - bid x ask size is 100 x 47. Roger
